Hi everyone. I'm back. Happy 2023. It is February 1st today as I'm recording. . I am going to take this episode to talk about what I've been doing and what I've never been more proud of to share with you that I truly feel like it's the one and last thing you have to hear about parenting and you will just understand it all.
So that's going to be the next eight episodes. I love the energy of this year already. I am a big New Year's person. I love a new year, a new slate, a new beginning. I always spend the week between Christmas and New Year's cleaning and cleansing and reflecting and preparing for the new year. And this year I really felt the difference in my energy and my nervous system.
It wasn't that, let's go hustle, grind, goal setting, rushed feeling that I've always run on. It just really is next level to have a regulated nervous system and deep connection to your body. I know how to and can rest and enjoy it, and just be available and open to the flow of life and it works and feel so much better that way.
And that's exactly how January felt to me. It was so supportive and also so productive. , I am connected, but I never got and was very jealous of how people would say they would download a book in a day or a course outline would come through in an hour. But in just this month, I was finally able to create this eight part series that goes through every point I have on the nervous system that I feel are new concepts and different perspectives and mindset shifts that will hopefully offer you validation and breakthroughs in really understanding how powerful your nervous system is and what it all means for your parenting and your.
So last year I sat on it still sat on the whole mom spiral. I had the foundational course, but I didn't feel done. So it's like I wasn't ready to go all in or like all out on social media and all the things. . I try my best to follow my messages and honor my energy, and it's exactly how it was supposed to go.
I still had more to do, so a lot happened. As far as creation, that was always a huge problem for me that I would just keep consuming forever. , again, a nervous system issue that we like to call self-sabotage, but I spent the year really focusing on building the mom's spiral as the entire vision I had for how the courses would go, and a huge piece that came through over the summer when I was home with my girls was the playbook.
This actually keeps coming up for me lately, so it might be helpful for you, but to keep clearing out space for new and better energy, which is also a part of releasing and giving your body and system more capacity. It's like I had to at least get everything I had already together because now I know the energy of what's coming is just going to be more creation.
Like the thoughts and ideas keep coming and flowing. And so now I have the space and capacity even within my nervous system to hold more and receive more. Everywhere I can , I'm going to point it back to the nervous system for you so you can see how it sneaks in and we call it something else. So I have five courses under the Mom Spiral.
I added the kids spiral courses. , the Playbooks and the Kid Spiral collection, which now that I'm saying it all, I will do an episode breaking down everything new. So to the Pivotal series. It's so good, . It really is packed with such invaluable information that we don't know about our bodies or how it all works and undeniably affects our lives and our ability to parent how we.
I will explain how the nervous system is the root cause to everything, which means anything else you're doing is just a bandaid. Um, if you like a good aha moment, I have got plenty . Just so many new concepts and different perspectives, and I think it will just change how you see everything. And the awareness piece will shift so much in your life, right?
I feel like it's pretty clear and concise and to the point, but there are examples so you can see how it might be showing up for you. It's eight audios in 88 minutes, so Infinity and Angel numbers showed up for me. Um, I'll just quickly break down what is in each piece. So the first is all about your nervous system being the root cause.
The one and only thing you need to do, the foundational piece you have to know to be able to change anything. . The second is what you're doing and why it doesn't work. I will go through all the band-aids, um, how you're just gathering all the tools with no toolbox, how all the advice, tips, tricks, tactics, scripts don't work when your body is in a stress response, a totally new concept, and the only way to approach self-care.
So my take on this and completing stress cycle. . Third is why co-regulation is not an option. The importance and impact of what happens when you don't take this part seriously, what your child truly needs to ever learn. Self-regulation, why it's more important to be authentic and not calm, and the difference.
The fourth is the mom role. You are literally doing everything, but your best is limited by the capacity of your nervous system. You think you're doing all you can, but none of it matters. If you're doing it dysregulated, you are sending the wrong messages and it will always be their core memory of truth.
I go over mama trauma, which is what I believe starts diminishing the power of our nervous. The fifth is common issues like sleep, play, potty training, bedwetting picky eaters, attention, behavior, sensory challenges. I go over boredom and calm and how most of our kids don't know what calm even feels like in their body, and quiet is not the same as calm.
And why Forcing the issues we feel we have to only make it. Sixth is the spiral, the healing path, and positive outcome as we so want this motherhood journey to be in the seventh. I go through lots of great things you can do starting today and in the eighth. I go through parts of my journey and if you want to join me in the mom spiral, why it's the best place to be.
Okay, so that is the breakdown of the pivotal. , there is a lot of talk about the nervous system, and I just think specifically for moms, this needs to be powerfully and loudly clear. So I'm not sitting on it anymore. . I would love for you to help me share this message, this series, um, to anyone because just having these concepts and the awareness piece can really shift so much.

They are simple ways, and again, mindset shifts to how you're approaching self-care. It will help really start creating the connection and relationship to your body.
Um, when you do this, it becomes so much easier. It really is simple. It's our bodies, it's biology. It's just hard because we weren't taught these tools that are truly within us, and we've been conditioned to look outside ourselves. It's crazy because we think, how can we not be? We walk around with ourselves every day.
But when you get to the other side, you'll understand how disconnected we are. It's just an essential piece to the nervous system overall and makes all the difference in so many ways. I love to highlight how it's the nervous system and then give really tangible and actionable steps. And for me, this is where I find the most help and support hearing other people's stories. Even if the situation doesn't exactly relate to yours, the fundamentals of it always will. So yeah, the next eight episodes will be all the pivotal series.
